1. Use of Our Website

Our website is intended for individuals wishing to browse, consider, or purchase our preserved floral arrangements. You must be at least 18 years old and have full authorization to use any payment method provided at checkout.

You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its security or functionality.

2. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including limited availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or errors in product details.

We may contact you for additional verification before processing your order.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options displayed at checkout.

If a completed payment is later disputed, reversed, or charged back, you remain responsible for the full order amount plus any associated fees.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing; however, errors may occur. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you and may cancel the order before shipment.

5. Cancellation & Returns

Because Petal & Vault arrangements are handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final.

Orders may only be canceled before production has begun. Once we begin preparing your arrangement, cancellations are not guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, please email petalandvault@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number. If cancellation is approved, any costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped via the carriers offered at checkout. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit. In the event that you see any damages to your arrangement upon delivery you must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product. Our customer service team is available for you by emailing petalandvault@gmail.com.

Delivery dates selected at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive occasions.

7. Product Details & Variations

All Petal & Vault arrangements are handcrafted. Slight variations in rose color, size, or placement may occur due to natural materials and made-to-order production. These variations do not qualify as defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs—is the property of Petal & Vault and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

If you submit content to us (such as custom note text or images), you represent that you have the rights to use that content and grant us permission to complete your order.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petal & Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, lost packages handled by carriers, or misuse of our products.
